I just purchased a box. When will it arrive?
Our first box is scheduled to go out early December. You’ll receive an email with a more accurate date!
I love one of the items I received. Can I purchase more?
Sometimes! Certain products will be exclusive to the monthly boxes, but occasionally we will have extra stock for retail. Contact us!
What is the return/exchange policy?
Unfortunately due to the nature of the products we offer, we don’t accept returns or exchanges at this time. If you received something that is damaged or defective, contact us immediately and we’ll do our best to make the situation right! The satisfaction of our customers is vital to our success and is extremely important to us.
